About Kat – The Author
K JOSEPH is a Haitian-American author based in New York City, writing under the creative banner Katiana Writes | A Kat’s Tale. Her work explores faith, love, desire, and the complexities of family life, weaving emotional honesty with spiritual depth.
Her debut novel, Found, releasing in early 2026, blends romance and faith into a story shaped by passion, struggle, and resilience. Through her writing, K JOSEPH invites readers into a world where belief and longing collide, and where the quiet work of God meets the realities of the human heart.
Beyond the page, she extends her storytelling through Katstale.com, a companion space created to keep readers engaged between chapters. What began as a small merch page has grown into Kats_Store, a family-run creative venture where readers help co‑design T‑shirts, mugs, and other meaningful pieces. Playful yet purposeful, the store reflects her belief that creativity is communal—an offering shaped by God and shared with others.
When she’s not writing or building her creative universe, K JOSEPH enjoys time with her family, finding humor in everyday chaos, and celebrating the Haitian traditions that continue to inspire her stories.
