Be Courageous #4
Be Courageous: Part 4
Psalm 27:14 reminds us that waiting isn’t weakness — it’s warfare.
Courage isn’t loud, dramatic, or glamorous. Sometimes it’s just choosing to trust God when nothing is moving.
God asks me to teach this because I live it.
And listen… there’s no “if this word blesses you.” The Word of God ALWAYS blesses people.
You help me, I help you — this ain’t no free gospel.

Definition:
Courage is the ability to act, stand, or remain steady in the presence of fear — not the absence of it.
It is strength of heart that comes from confidence in God, not self.

Definition:
Waiting is the spiritual discipline of trusting God’s timing, even when His pace feels slow.
It is active dependence, not passive delay.

Waiting takes a different kind of courage — the quiet kind, but not the passive kind. You’re not sitting still. You’re not twiddling your thumbs. You’re actively waiting, following God’s directions step by step, even when you don’t see the full picture yet.
This kind of courage shows up when nothing around you is moving:
When the door hasn’t opened.
When the answer hasn’t come.
When the promise still looks far away.
That’s when trust becomes your warfare.
Trust Him — He knows exactly what He’s doing:
He strengthens the heart of the one who waits.
He fortifies the one who stays in position.
He builds the one who refuses to rush ahead of Him.
Find comfort in knowing this:
Your waiting is not wasted.
God is working in the stillness, shaping you for what you asked Him for.
